“Linda’s professionalism combined with her kind, gentle personality puts people in the room at ease and makes her a very effective facilitator…She has ‘rescued’ many a meeting I’ve been in that was going way off topic. Her ability to get a meeting back on track (without offending anyone) is invaluable.”
“I’ve worked with Linda on multi-faceted projects and have been very impressed with her ability to manage the multiple priorities, meet tough deadlines, and facilitate a team process such that what’s produced is something we’re all very proud of.”

“Linda Kendall Fields facilitated the creation of a one of a kind manual and subsequent training for peer support for people with disabilities. I was one of the trainers who worked with this successful program around the state of Georgia. Ms. Kendall Fields was an invaluable help in many ways. She had a good grasp of what was needed by people with disabilities according to the information that the focus groups gave her. She was excellent at keeping us on track and providing appropriate information in a timely manner. She spent many long hours revising the manual until it was a work of art for peer support. She worked with us diligently even beyond the creation of the manual and still advises us when we have questions.
Also, I have had the pleasure of making presentations on this program around the country in an effort to get peer support accepted as a paid service. Ms. Kendall Fields was and is our best help in creating this exceptional work on behalf of all people with disabilities.”

“Ms. Fields provided many invaluable services for the State of Georgia. She was instrumental in the development of a home and community based service model that provided for the primary care physician to be at the center of care coordination. The program has successfully reduced reliance on institutional care (by 30%) and had a significant effect on reducing adverse events for acute care sensitive conditions. Her ability to pull diverse groups together and develop a common vision, and her persistence to bring that vision to a practical implementation were major contributors to the success of the program.”
